Which one appeals to you most?

We all love our jobs but we do not volunteer to do it. Would you like to know how we make money?  For me, this was important to know and this may be the question your husband wants to know most.

 

2. Do reps actually make money doing this?  How much will I make?

 

According to Origami Owl, the average commission per transaction is 41% and a Jewelry Bar earns an average commission of $267.  Every Jewelry Bar differs, your contacts, your friends, and networks differ along with marketing and closing skills.  But do consider what is the same for all: Our items. Each item is either 30-50% commission.  For a few hours at someone’s home – or yours – $267 is not bad at all. What I want you to do is multiply that by 6 or 8 parties a month, to see what you can earning by going out 6-8 times a month in a 30-day month.  That would be $1607- $2,136 for being 18-24 hours outside of home – or $89 an hour.  You sure can’t make that kind of money working at the mall.  I just met someone who had a $3,500 jewelry bar that was done in 4 hours!

 

Also, if you are interested in a full time income, you can build a team and that would all depend on your time and energy.  Building a team and sharing and coaching what Origami Owl can do for them has its benefits. Personally sponsor or mentor people into the company and you can make bonuses starting at 9% when you do 1 or 2 parties a month.  This isn’t a get rich scheme but it does reward work and consistency.  I am an Executive Team Leader with Origami Owl. My way of leading the team is not by force or push of sales.  My method of leading is showing them the habits, tasks, and goals necessary to meet their goals.  It is up to each individual to set and meet their goals.  I am not a pusher. I mentor and I guide.

3. Where will I find business?

 

You’re going to share ALICE in your business. Who’s ALICE?

 

Simply filling this out will show you that you quickly get to 30 – 50 people, and see?!!! You already have business out there!!  My favorite philosopher Jim Rohn said, “To succeed in sales, simply talk to lots of people every day. And here’s what’s exciting – there are lots of people!”

Now, I want you to know, if something were ever to happen to me and I can’t be reached, Origami Owl will provide you great support to run your business without skipping a beat.  The company has done a great job of providing us tools and resources to grow our business.  BUT as your Mentor, I will give you the extra support and boost you need and to teach you how to navigate the never-ending amount of resources available to us.  Guidance in the baby steps and foundations of this business can really make a difference in your Origami Owl journey.  With the proper foundation laid out, you soon will be taking strides, and eventually leaps, in your business.  But it all first starts with baby steps and I am here for you.  And until the sun sets on me, I will be here to help you.

 

4. What kind of support and training will I receive?

 

You are independent but never alone in this business.   For all Ind. Designers, the company provides a back office with information 24/7, a dedicated phone line to call with your questions and email access to many of the Origami Owl departments.  You will also be connected with me on Facebook and the rest of our team.  The o2 academy will is the best resource and place to get what you need but our Facebook groups is a great place to gather ideas with other Ind. Designers, find out of local vendor events, and other ways to growing business. From time to time, I also release team only videos that help you in your Origami Owl business. Whether you live near me or across the country, you will never lack access and training from me.

For those who have a need to have a local mentor, I am in San Diego and you will be able to see me face to face.  Even if you are not local, I do online meetings, chats, and over-the-phone meetings.   There are monthly team meetings that I do in person and a version of it online that you are welcome to take part in and learn a new skill or two.  Those who have joined me and not near me and in search of a local meet, I am connected to others nationwide who welcome my teammates.

The  #1 reason people leave the industry is the lack of training and lack of support – that is not a problem at Origami Owl.  Even if you have already joined elsewhere and not mesh or hear from your Mentor, there is no excuse not to do well in Origami Owl.  There are plenty of tools such as weekly webinars and conference calls from the company and up line Directors, monthly company conference calls, hired professional trainers to train us, and the back office to communicate with Designers.  All you need to do is make a conscious decision to use the the tools and apply them for your success.

Is there a catch to this kit?
