How to Design Your Origami Owl Jewelry Table of Lockets and Charms
I have been asked so many times, of an updated video on how I set up my Origami Owl table. And so, I did a video showing how I do it and how easy it is to do it. Without talking and commentaries, Jennylou Raya, Independent Designer #1186 shows you how can set up and break down a table in less than 10 minutes together!
This table was built over time and with being an Origami Owl Designer over a year. I do prefer the make-and-take method where people take their lockets home that same night and I replenish my table after the party. The goal of this video is to show that a Designer’s table can be done fast, fun, and easy – and beautifully too – for you and your guests!
There is no “one method” of having a table. I’ve seen over a hundred tables. The deal is… you stick to the Origami Owl branding – the colors, the owls, the fortune cookies, packaging, and things on the table clearly shows that it is an Origami Owl table. With my hundreds of charms and a hundred plates, this is what works for me. You will find the best way that works for you. Some do gem jars, some do bowls. Designers’ tables range from “Only look at everything and/or have an unspoken DO NOT TOUCH feel to it, while there are Designers’ tables do lots of stock on hand and tell people out loud PLEASE DO TOUCH EVERYTHING!!!
I have been informed that some have beef with my “baggies” for plates. The baggies are hung nicely on an owl carousel sorting the hand-stamped plates by what they say on each. One section for all the “love” plates, one section for all the “mom” plates and so on. Plates (almost 100 of them) are organized and easily viewable by party guests – easy to view, keep clean and best of all, my guests are not put off by other people’s oily fingerprints on them. This what works for me and my business. If you had/have these many things on your table, how would you display them? I would love for you to share your video =)
I did forget to put up my really nice picture frames that hold the price cards (prices of lockets, charms, plates, chains, and dangles). Don’t forget those on your table! I once had a 6ft banner but someone never returned it to me. I guess it was too pretty to give back 😉

Trays from nilecorp.com and fixtures that hold the plates and tags are from Home Goods. Thanks for asking!
Origami Owl Charms
You know what makes Origami Owl Charms so unique? Is it the locket? The charms? No. As a matter of fact Origami Owl is NOT the first company to offer these products. Its the story. As I reflect on the birth of my children I couldn’t help but to create my own story when I saw these 3 Origami Owl Charms – The ‘mom’ gold charm, the pink baby carriage, and the 1 year birthday cake. I knew then, we were on to something. . .
What makes Origami Owl Charms so Unique?
Besides that they come from a great company I can think of three additional reasons of why I think Origami Owl is unique:
- They give back to the community. Check out their Force for Good Campaign.
- They empower women everywhere (and some dudes) by offering an opportunity to get involved with a unique home party business that’s setting a new standard in the industry.
- You can create personalized lockets using charms like the ones you see below to create your own personalized story. Continue browsing below and see some of the lockets I’ve designed with Origami Owl.
So, I’m excited to know what you think about the Origami Owl family. Please feel free to leave a comment or stop by my facebook page. I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have about hosting a party or joining the Origami Owl team.
