Despite all bumps and bruises in life, things out of our control, and things not going our ideal way, remember there are still plenty to be thankful for today and everyday.
A speaker said, “One of the top ways to be happy is to have a heart of gratitude. To have a heart of gratitude is to be grateful.”
While you are at it, share what you are thankful for with others. Because like many things, showing gratitude is contagious.
