For those thinking of selling Origami Owl, and wondering how NOT to get dropped, this is for you.
The most obvious way to not get dropped is to NOT blatantly go against the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
But usually, when this question is asked, they are wanting to know about sale quotas to stay as an Independent seller (called Designers by Origami Owl) and not get booted from the back office sales system.
So what is it?
The quick answer is that a seller for Origami Owl jewelry company must sell a minimum total of 150 pints in personal volume (PV) within the most recent 6 months.
To better understand this, take note the numbers depicting the sales numbers in a period of 6 months:
June 50pv
July 25
August 75
September 0
October 0
November 0
These numbers tell us a couple of things:
- Because 150pv in the last 6 months (June – November) was met, this seller is still an Ind Designer as of December 1st. Despite having $0 in sales in the months of September – November, this person is still in the Origami systems and can sell for the company during the month of December.
- In order to continue to be a seller in January, this seller must accumulate 50pv in the month of December. At the close of December, the months being used to determine the ability to sell Origami Owl are the months of July – December. In other words, if you want to be able to sell in January, the most recent 6 months (July – Dec) must total 150pv or more.
The same rule/calculation applies month after month. The last 6 months in sales must total 150pv or more. As long as you do this (and not break any policies and procedures), you will able to sell for Origami Owl.
