Every year, many women are directly or indirectly hit with Breast Cancer. A dear friend of mine was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and by that time it was caught, she had to undergo a mastectomy in both her breasts. It all happened so past, and just a blur to me. How can that be, she was so healthy.
Unfortunately, right now there is no cure. Until the day we do, all we can do is spread awareness and prevention of the disease. In order to help with this cause, I am proposing 2 options to you.
For Customers: Proceeds from my sales of lockets from now until the 31st will be donated to helping find a cure. I will be donating my commissions in the form of a check to a reputable BCA Organization.
Fundraiser offer: Are you a group, organization, or breast cancer victim and would like to raise funds? Consider a Fundraiser with me. It is simply receiving my commissions in a form of a check to you at the close of your fundraiser. Please ask for you fundraiser packet at locketsandcharms@gmail.com with the subject: Breast Cancer Fundraiser Packet and I will mail it out immediately.
I’m looking forward to fighting this battle with you.

Step 1. Place the locket in a silk fortune cookie pouch.
Step 2. Place the silk pouch in the Origami Owl take-out box. Place tissue in box to avoid jiggling during shipping.
Step 3. Place the take-out box in a small brown mailing box (small boxes I bought from Box Brothers). Place tissue again to avoid movement of items in box.
Step 4. Go to post office. Ship it out via USPS for $1.95.
Step 5. Add tracking # for $.85.
That’s it! Shipping for under $3!

My mom texted me to ask if there was something I can put together for someone who liked to cook. It was to be a birthday present for her sister in law.
Sure enough I thought, the ‘I <3 to Cook' charm! I got her initials and a coordinating red heart to match the heart on the chef's hat for a pop of color and a gift was made in 1 minute!
Because mom lives in the same region, she received the locket the following day 🙂
