Welcome to Origami Owl
Welcome to the latest addition to Origami Owl!!
Star Piñata

What is your favorite  from the items that were released today?  My favorites have to be the piñatas.  Every time there is a kid’s party at my house or any of my relatives (the Mexican side or the Asian side), there is always a piñata. Aren’t they awesome and hilarious at the same time? LOL.

I’ve been asked a few times in the past years if there were anything in Spanish.  Some wanted to read about our products in their own native tongue while some were interested in doing Origami Owl but hesitant as their circles were predominately Spanish speakers and readers.

Today, there is good news!  For those that have been thinking of doing Origami Owl as a business but hesitant to do so when everything was in English, worry no more.  And for those already in Origami Owl and and want to do business in English and Spanish, you are definitely in for a treat as well.

Here are my Top 5 reasons why you should join Origami Owl today:

1.  Origami Owl will be availing a Spanish version of the Spring Take Out Menus to help Ind. Designers reach more people.   Lots of smiles from your friends and family as they are able to share the Spanish version of our TOMs with the people around them.

2.  Each Ind. Designer will also have personal websites and back office in Spanish.  That just pretty much made me fall off my chair. Before I knew of this, I though, “Yeah, it would be nice to have an Origami Owl replicated website in Spanish” but didn’t sweat it. I don’t speak it, and my husband knows little of it, so what’s the point?  But yay, I was so happy when we were told “Everybody gets one!!!!”

This is the Spanish version of my site http://locketsandcharms.origamiowl.com. Simply go to the very right corner to switch between Spanish or English!!! Just like that!

3. Not only are we going to have new online systems to help sell Origami Owl, Origami Owl is availing to us a friendly, bilingual Designer Care team to help our current and incoming Spanish speaking Ind. Designers and their customers with all things Origami Owl.  Of course, nothing beats that personal attention of a Mentor’s communication with her team member but I am at ease that I am not alone in this new growth.

4.  The support starts and continues throughout Origami Owl as Ind. Designers will be able to choose their Business Packages in Spanish, as well as marketing and training materials for all Ind. Designers who want to utilize them.  And did I already mention, a bilingual Designer Care department?!!

5.  Join today and immediately receive the benefits of getting your jewelry at wholesale prices (30-50% off the retail price).  Get all the new items released today at a great discount for yourself or sell them at retail price making you a decent amount in profit.

What is stopping you from joining?  I will be happy to answer all your questions with Origami Owl.  Let me know how I can help.  Email me at jennylou@locketsandcharms.com

Good things are coming...
Good things are coming…

As an Ind. Designer of Origami Owl, I am so delighted to share with you that Origami Owl is going into Puerto Rico in a matter of days – Cinco de Mayo, to be exact!

What does this mean?  Ind. Designers with Origami Owl will, for the first time be able to conduct business in Puerto Rico and with its citizens.  I think this is an awesome move by the company to expand its reach in sharing the o2 love and business opportunity of Origami Owl.

Are you ready to brilliant?

The future is bright!
The future is bright!

Origami Owl has been changing lives of women, men, and teens since it began as a direct selling company a few short years ago and within it’s 50 states and military bases overseas. Now, they are able to do the same and change the lives of those in Puerto Rico in a positive way.

Don’t know anyone in Puerto Rico but interested in growing your business?  You still can!

All Ind. Designers now have the ability to order Spanish literature and business materials that will help us communicate our company mission, products, and business effectively to those who communicate primarily or only in Spanish, (like my in-laws). Business supplies and literature in Spanish  will help all of us grow.  Speaking Spanish helps, but not necessary.

Isn’t this exciting?!!!

Current Ind. Designers and future Origami Owl Designers, are you ready to be brilliant?

It's Your Time to Shine Spanish

3 Things to do Before Origami Owl’s 2014 Convention

April 24, 2014 by Jennylou

Now that taxes are behind me, school is winding down, and lots of things are also coming to it’s close, my head has been refocussing more and more on the upcoming Origami Owl Convention taking place in July.

When I think about it, I have a mix of feelings – everything from excitement to a bit of stress.  Exciting because I totally recall what took place last year in Phoenix, Arizona. Have you seen my YouTube video on it?  Here you go:

With the anticipation and excitement of all the fun to come, I know I have lots to do.  On the upside, there is not that much to do and I have done the most important part of all:

1. Buy Convention ticket – check!

I bought it last year days after the last Convention for the price of $175 – or was it $150?  I don’t remember.  I knew right off the bat I was not going to miss all that I went through – the fun, the partying, the time with my team who were there and became my instant BFFs.  Being part of o2 as it all happened, being the first to know and the first to have o2 stuff was also pretty amazing!

2. Buy Convention plane ticket – not checked =(

This is one of my stressors – just a tad.  I have been talking about buying my place tickets since last year. I know what flight I want going out and what flight coming back but I just have not paid for my ticket.   Back then, it was just plain forgetfulness.  Then the uncertainty if hubby and family was coming along too.  Now, I’m just procrastinating.  On second thought, I’m waiting for my o2 payday which is in 3 weeks.  I am kind of scared that it has gone up in price tremendously since the last I looked months ago and the fare was only $99 each way.  I sure hope it has not skyrocketed.  If it has, shame on me, that’s what I get!

3. Lastly, Buy rooms + finalize room mates – half checked =)

This isn’t too stressful but I am a natural people pleaser and just want it all to be perfect. Last year, I roomed with 3 other girls in a 2 full-size bed room. And the rest of the team were in other rooms in other parts of the hotel and a few in another hotel.  But as far as my room situation, it kinda sounds crazy as that is pretty close living quarters for people you’ve never met before until that day, right?  But it was a blast!  I’m used to close quarters as my kids never leave me for a second.  The girls I roomed with were all my Level 1 Designers and since we talk and communicate so much, they never really were strangers.  And after 4 nights of stay, we all just paid for 1 night’s cost.

I have reserved several rooms and many of them are claimed for.  I just gotta see who is looking to be a roommate or want their own, and if wanting a roommate, how many.  Also, who sleeps early, who sleeps later, etc etc, etc.  Last time checking a couple of months ago, the rooms nearest to Convention Center were fully booked out.  With 4,000 of the 5,000 tickets already sold, it may be even tougher to get a room now so I hope some consider rooming with another.  I know I don’t mind =)

****

This morning, I told myself I need to get #2 and #3 done.  Just when I finally got to my desk to complete these tasks, we receive a video from Bella & Chrissy:

Whoot whooooot!  Gotta get this list done!

Are you joining me?  Let me know!  I would love to meet you and give you a big o’ o2 Sister hug!!!  Gotta warn you, I’m really quiet and reserved and keep comfort in my iPhone as I walk the Convention halls but if you talk to me first, I am all yours =)

Let me know… were you there last year too?  Do you have pics posted online?  Post your links in the comments below.

Interested in seeing some of my pictures from last year’s Convention?  See my Origami Owl Convention 2013 Blog Posts >>HERE<<

See you there!!!!
