I love fashion, make up, and all things that light up so imagine my excitement when I read that Origami Owl was in New York City!!! Yes, yes they were!Ā I wish I could have been there, but even then, I was so glad that they were there workin’ it!Ā Finally, you will be seeing the amazing jewelry I have been sharing with you for the last 2 years in fashion magazines.Ā You know what that mean?Ā You are gorgeous, you have style, and you are a trendsetter!!!Ā And Origami Owl was doing all this legwork for me and for all their Ind. Designers to make Origami Owl a household name, while I, I was basking in the sun of good ol’ Southern California – not too shabby =)

Origami Owl goes toĀ #NewYorkCity
Fashion editors, bloggers, stylists and industry insiders got to know O2 last night at an intimate press event at Studio 450 in New York City. āThis was an opportunity for Origami Owl to share its story with the fashion world,ā says Taryn Gosch, O2 Public Relations Director. āAttendees represented some of the most popular fashion publications, and we are so excited that these editors fell in love with Origami Owl. We canāt wait to see our looks featured in top fashion magazines!ā
The setting for the event was truly inspirational. Imagine the glimmering nighttime cityscape viewed from the 12thfloor penthouse loft with rooftop terrace. Inside the views were just as moving, with sophisticated dĆ©cor, beautiful jewelry and refreshments incorporating the O2 brand. Perhaps the most exciting part of the night involved the Jewelry Bar featuring the new spring collection. Everyone was invited to tell their story through a Living Locket of their own, and were then able to capture keepsake photos of themselves with their new jewelry in an O2āthemed photo booth!
Weāre so excited about the exposure and opportunities this event will create for O2 and all of our wonderful Designers like you! Thereās sooo much more to share, so stay tuned!

This spring with new products come some changes.
The following are questions have been posed byĀ Origami Owl Ind. Designers and here are the answers as per my Mentor Leslie.
1. Packaging of Products
How are the packaging going to work for earrings. Ā Do they come in a silk pouch and fortune cookie too like the lockets?Ā
Earrings will be packaged in a small square box. The same kind lockets arrive in, but inĀ a different colors. Ā Earrings won’t come with a fortune cookie, linen bag or any additional packaging. Designers canĀ order extra mini take out boxes if they would like them when deliveringĀ or presenting them to customers.
Ā Are the new lockets coming in any special packaging?
The enamel Locket and Locket Faces will also come in a small square boxes.
All other new product (crystal clasps, chain extenders, etc…) will be in a small plastic bag.
2. Ā Designer’s Website changes? Ā What are they doing to it?
Spring Launch begins shortly after 9am EST on March 17th. Youāll notice some changes to the website on 3/17.

3. Ā Will there be price increases the season?
BallStation Chain:Ā There will be a $1 price increase on the Silver, Gold & Rose Gold Ball Station Chains.

4. IĀ heard some things were not going to be up on time. Ā What are they?
Postponed Release: Ā There are about 5 items that have been held up in transit and will not be available on 3/17.
You will still be able to seethese items on the website with a message that they are not available quite yet.
We plan to have these items at The Nest and available for purchase on Thursday, March 20th

5. Ā Will there be limits on items to help ensure that some will be able to get some limited quantity charms?
Yes and at this time, and future releases, o2Ā will continue to place limits on Order Quantities when New Product is released.
