Some say 99.
Some say 199.
The confusion is definition of words… in how O2 uses the word Active and how the world we know uses Active. But to their defense, it is defined in the Page 2 of the Career Plan. If you have not already read it, read it =)
But while you are here, let me explain:
NOT being Active for the month does not mean you are kicked out of O2 and lose your place or down line if you don’t do 99PV. Active in o2 stands for the those who have done 99PV.
Active Designers is a qualifier for a Mentor’s promotion. On the career plan, it shows that Mentors need 1 3 5 or 7 Active Designers on top of all the other requirements for them to meet a title for the month and get paid as that title’s %s.
With that said, a designer does not get kicked out if they don’t do 99PV in any given month. Your Mentor just has one less person to reach the 1 3 5 7 people.
It is when you don’t do 199PV within 6 months gets you kicked out. hope that helps.
